Good Governance | Great Groups Workshop

Are you looking for help to better understand what good governance is all about?  Is your community group struggling to run effective committee meetings?

Good governance makes community groups great places to be, and these great places help to make our community stronger.

In a world where volunteer committees have limited time to undertake a growing list of tasks, it can be hard to decide where we focus our energy.  Too often, when we get busy, governance fades from focus, and that’s when things can go horribly wrong.

Ensuring your group is practicing good governance will ensure that the group continues long after you have moved on…and will provide great experiences for the people involved today.

Good Governance | Great Groups is an engaging and interactive workshop, designed to help groups explore innovative ways to think and act anew, embedding Good Governance into their activities.

Participants will leave with new ideas, tools and a plan to enhance their good governance practices.
