The Yarra Ranges' environment is unique, highly valued by our community and central to the character of the region.

Council has a broad role to play in the management of the natural environment, along with supporting community to increase their environmental stewardship and building resilience against a changing climate.

That’s why we’ve prepared a Draft Nature Plan to look after the biodiversity in Yarra Ranges for the next 10 years, and we’d love to hear your thoughts.

It’s all part of working together to support nature.

If you want to know more about how Council came up with this draft plan join us for an informative webinar by registering here:

You can read the draft plan, find out more about the themes and provide your feedback now on the Shaping Yarra Ranges website

There will be opportunity for Q&A throughout the webinar and a recording will be provided on the Shaping Yarra Ranges page following the event.
