Learn why billabongs are important; their function in the landscape, ecology, restoration and cultural significance during this walk around Marrup Brarn in Yering.

Representatives from Melbourne Water’s Waterways and Land team and Wurundjeri man and Yarra Ranges Council Firesticks Coordinator, Darren Wandin will be at this walk and talk. 

Clothing: Waterproof boots or gumboots. Please prepare for cold and rainy weather by bringing warm clothes and a raincoat.
