Growing delicious food and getting creative is what we love doing at Healesville Community Garden. This garden features amazing artwork and is worth strolling around if you’re in the area. The plots are privately rented so please refrain from picking the produce.

Garden type

This community garden operates via paid plots; community members can rent a plot of land to grow their own food. People can join as associate members whereby they don’t need to rent plots.

Activities

  • Healesville Homegrown Food Fair (early April)
  • Monthly events
  • Mushroom walks in autumn/winter (led by Marcus Kaye)
  • Every first and third Sunday of the month at 10am community members are welcome to join in garden activities led by garden members
  • Workshops (various)
