The food grown in the garden is available for anyone to pick and everyone is welcome to pitch in and help out at working bees. The garden is managed by an independent group of volunteers on land supplied free of charge by the Tecoma Uniting Church.

The garden features a food forest, raised garden beds and an Indigenous bush food garden.
