Lost a pet?

Contact our Pound, located at Animal Aid in Coldstream on 9739 0300.

If your pet is not here, they will record your details and contact you if it arrives.

If your pet is impounded, fees are charged by Animal Aid on release of the animal.

We may issue infringements if your pet is not contained to your property in regards to breaches of the Domestic Animals Act 1994.

Found a pet?

If you have found a lost pet, contact us on 1300 368 333 and we can collect it.

Dogs must be contained within a property or area for us to be able to collect it. There must be someone present at the location at the time of collection.

Cats must be in an approved cat trap to be collected. Learn more about cat traps.

If you find a dog or cat, please do not keep it unlawfully.
