Seville Recreation Reserve
At the last State Election the Labour Government committed up to $5 million to the development of a new modern two storey community sports pavilion a Seville Recreation Reserve.

The redevelopment will include:
  • New changerooms will all gender amenities
  • Umpire changerooms with all gender amenities
  • Accessible amenities
  • Storage
  • First Aid room
  • Gym
  • Meeting room/office
  • Kiosk and servery facilities
  • Multi purpose social space

The new facility will enable the sporting clubs of Seville Recreation Reserve to continue to grow and provide positive sporting participation outcomes as well as providing social connectedness to the community.

The redevelopment of the existing pavilion that was built in the 1970’s and is no longer fit for purpose was an outcome of the recent Seville Recreation Reserve Masterplan, endorsed by Council in May 2020.

The project will is funded by the State Government, Council and the sporting clubs.

We are currently working with the State Government to get a funding agreement in place.

The first cut of the concept plan has been completed by major projects. This will be taken to the clubs for feedback and then begin to move into the detailed design process.

We expect to build the new pavilion by the end of 2025.
