As the local government elections will be held on 26 October 2024, Yarra Ranges Council will assume a caretaker role from Tuesday 17 September 2024. Hansen Park Preschool has been offering quality 3 and 4 year old programs for over 40 years.
We offer a play-based 3 year old program, for 5 hours per week. We focus on the development of social and emotional wellbeing and building language skills.
Our 4 year old curriculum fosters the child’s curiosity, develops their skills and talents and assists with the preparation for primary school. The 4 year old program operates a rotational model providing each child with 15 hours of preschool.
Our newly renovated centre also has a spacious native outdoor area with a bike track, sandpit and fort. We believe in providing a range of experiences that cater to the individual child and nurture their sense of imagination and belonging.
We welcome parents to be part of their child’s education through joining in the classroom experience as a parent helper, fundraising events and being part of the committee.
Hansen Park is operated by Yarra Ranges Kinders Inc.We are currently ranked as an exceeding kindergarten.
