Recovery Options is a boutique registered NDIS provider, set up to bridge the gap between large style corporate organisations and those wanting a more personalised service.

With  a main focus on providing psycho-social and disability services to people living in the Yarra Ranges and surrounds, Recovery Options provides a range of services to help participants and their families manage the physical, psychological, behavioural and social aspects of illness that can adversely affect their lives and health care outcomes.

Individuals most often have their own informal social resources that counteract stressors, however when these resources are not available, are overwhelmed, or when a problem requires professional intervention, formal services such as Recovery Options are needed.

Evidence supports the effectiveness of services aimed at relieving the emotional distress that accompanies psycho-social conditions such as depression and anxiety. Good evidence also underpins many interventions designed to help individuals adopt behaviours that can help manage their symptoms and improve their overall health.

Other psycho-social health services and assistance – such as organising medications or supplies, community participation and recreational activities, domestic help, personal care, counselling, or transportation to health care services – also help underpin good psycho-social and rehabilitative health.

Recovery Options goes a step further and has access to architects, gardeners, cleaners,  plumbers and carpenters too, so you don’t need to navigate those services yourself. We can arrange them for you.
