The Friends of Water Race Trail & Quinn Reserve are passionate group of locals who volunteer their time to undertake weed control, indigenous planting and carry out fauna monitoring. They have extensive ecological and historical site knowledge. Friends of Water Race Trail & Quinn Reserve work alongside Yarra Ranges Council to enhance and protect the reserve.
Works include the planting of indigenous trees shrubs and grasses, removal of weeds with cutting and painting and the removal of rubbish from the reserve.We meet twice a month - contact us for current dates.
