We provide support to NDIS participants, who are experiencing psycho social or mental health illnesses. We work with our participants to develop tailored care plan and assist them with making informed choices, so that they could live independently.

Assistance with household tasks and working with participants to develop skills to take on these tasks independently
Transportation to and from appointments
Assistance with gardening
referral and support to access allied health and mainstream Medical services
Implementation of NDIS goals and plan
