Description: Please not that there has been an error on page 4 of the 2024/2025 Valuation & Rates Notice.


The rate cap for the 2024/2025 financial year is 2.75% not 3.50%. Yarra Ranges Council is compliant with that cap under the Fair Go Rates System.
