Girls Day Out 2025

Our annual Girls Day Out is back for another year!! 

Get ready for a fantastic day of community and celebration at Montrose Recreation Reserve, hosted by our Senior Women’s Team! 

‘Girls Day Out’ is all about championing women and girls in sport, business, and the local community—but it’s also about making a difference. This year, we are proudly supporting the Hands Off Foundation , which empowers survivors of sexual assault and family violence. All proceeds from the event will go directly to this vital cause, helping provide resources and support to those in need.

Enjoy a full day of women’s sport, with football games from U12s through to Senior Women, plus so much more! Get involved in a range of activities, browse market stalls showcasing women-led businesses, and be inspired by guest speakers and special guests focusing on empowerment, resilience, and the strength of women in sport, community and beyond 

This is more than just a celebration—it’s a chance to come together, show support, and help create a safer, stronger future for women and girls.
