What is Still Life?

A photo taken by Caroline Drury of a rainbow painted on a fence, with the words 'rainbow trail'

The Still Life project aims to capture what life has been like for community members during Covid-19. These historic months have created a lot of change in the Yarra Ranges, and these moments need to be shared. From times of hardship to joyful reunions, it is important that we remember how our community has been impacted.

What will happen with these stories?

There will be a public showcase of Still Life submissions, including an online exhibition. You can follow along with the conversation on Facebook or Instagram. Share your experience by adding #stilllifeyarraranges to your image caption, or use it in the search bar to check out what others have shared.

Need support?

The COVID-19 pandemic is causing unprecedented challenges for everyone and many individuals, families and communities find themselves needing support. There are many organisations located in the Yarra Ranges that are dedicated to supporting you, particularly throughout Covid-19. Visit the Community Relief and Support page to find out more.
