As the local government elections will be held on 26 October 2024, Yarra Ranges Council will assume a caretaker role from Tuesday 17 September 2024. During the caretaker period, there will be limited changes made to the content on Council's websites. Information will only be added to this website in accordance with caretaker requirements.
Monbulk Recreation Reserve consists of a large recreation space catering to a range of fun and exciting outdoor sports and activities. Monbulk Recreation Reserve offers a large sports oval for football and cricket, a BMX dirt track, skate park, sports pavilion and car parking.The Monbulk Skate Park features a half pipe, ledge, bench, rail, kicker, quarter pipe and fun box. The Monbulk BMX Track features include a dirt circuit trail, launch ramp and jumps.
Opposite the reserve entrance is a synthetic soccer pitch and further down Moores Road you will find netball and tennis courts. Yarra Ranges Council are delighted to announce the reserve now has a beautiful and new playspace for all to enjoy. Consisting largely of wooden features, it has some fantastic playspace features new to the Yarra Ranges including:
