Heritage database
The Heritage Database contains information about places located in the Heritage Overlay under the Yarra Ranges Planning Scheme.
The requirements of the Heritage Overlay apply to heritage places specified in the schedule to this overlay. A heritage place includes both the listed heritage item and its associated land. Heritage places may also be shown on the planning scheme map. To find if a property has a Heritage Overlay view Planning Scheme Maps or the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay (refer to Related Information).
Search the database to find:
- statements of significance
- physical descriptions
- historical information
- historical photographs
The database was compiled from several heritage studies undertaken by heritage advisors. It is intended as a guide only.
