"What's That Feeling?" - Yoga Therapy

These workshops will focus on increasing children's toolkits for emotional intelligence, and providing necessary skills and perspectives for managing BIG feelings!

Split into two age groups, 4-6 & 7-8 years old, these workshops are facilitated by professional therapy practitioners. With five workshops in 2024, teaching workshops in Art and Yoga techniques, children are in for an incredibly exciting and educational experience.

Parents must attend, as this will ensure the invaluable knowledge will be carried home too!
