Hannie Rayson (playwright) and Michael Cathcart (ABC Radio National) invite you to a fun, two-part clinic on how to solve cryptic crosswords.

Join them on Zoom, and you’ll discover how to identify the two parts of a cryptic clue. How to work with anagrams, homophones, and ridiculous puns. Why you need to know your Roman numerals. And lots more.

In both sessions, you'll have lots of opportunity to join with 2 or 3 other people as you try to solve a series of simple puzzles – specially created so that you can master the basics.

And when it's over, you'll hold the key to the Garden of Cryptic Delights.
