Civic Centre

The Civic Centre offers a variety of facilities, including a Customer Service Centre for face-to-face planning and building services, bookable meeting rooms, a Council Chamber with a public gallery, casual work pods, free Wi-Fi, a children’s corner, an art exhibition space, and outdoor greenspace. It is designed to be accessible for all abilities, ensuring easy access for everyone.

Karawun

15 Anderson Street, Lilydale 3140

A modern medium-sized meeting room, ideal for up to 10 people. It includes a YeoLink Smart Screen, supporting screen sharing, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom meetings, making it a great option for hybrid collaboration. The room also has an independent HVAC system for comfort.

Bour-deet and Karawun

Ideal for small community meetings, with a bi-fold door allowing for a combined capacity of 20. Only Karawun (or the combined room) supports hybrid meetings. Instructions for audio/visual equipment are provided in the room.

Conference Room A and B

Our largest indoor meeting space, with stunning views of the Village Green. This room accommodates up to 100 people in a theatre-style arrangement and features built-in AV screens and an interactive smart screen for hybrid meetings via Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Bour-deet

A medium-sized meeting room designed for collaboration and discussion, accommodating up to 10 people. It features a large TV screen with HDMI connectivity for easy content sharing and presentations. A small adjacent area is available for catering and refreshments. The room also has an independent heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system for temperature control.

Yarra Ranges Council parking restrictions are now in place, and Council’s Local Laws team will be enforcing parking restrictions within the Civic Centre precinct.
