Report a damaged bin

If your bin is damaged, let us know so we can repair or replace it. Please be advised that the 80L rubbish bins shape has changed and as a result is shorter in height.

Step 1.Leave your bin out

Leave the damaged bin out at the usual collection point. Please ensure the damaged bin is empty.

Step 2.Submit your request

Complete the 'Report a broken' form. You'll need to provide your contact details and property address.

You will receive an email confirmation. Our Customer Experience team will contact you if further information is needed.
