Burning off application fee - $205.00
Pension Concession Application Fee - $94.00
The Application Fees cover:
- The initial assessment of the application and relevant site inspections to ensure compliance with the Neighbourhood Amenity Local Law 2020
- Community Safety education campaigns, complaint response and enforcement action
- The ability to burn outside the approved standards for the property’s category.
A discount has been applied for applicants holding a current Pension Concession.

Change of open air burning category application fee - $300.00
Pension Concession Application Fee - $138.50
This Application Fees cover:
- Community Safety assessment of the application and relevant site inspections to ensure compliance with the Neighbourhood Amenity Local Law 2020
- Emergency Management assessment of the application and relevant site inspections to consider Fire Prevention/Readiness elements;
- Community Safety final assessment of findings from initial assessments/inspections
- Community Safety education campaigns, complaint response and enforcement action

Standard skip bin permit application fee - $70.00
This application must be applied for by the skip bin company placing the skip bin.
The application fee covers:
- The initial assessment of the application and relevant site inspections to ensure compliance with the Neighbourhood Amenity Local Law 2020
- The ability to place a Skip Bin on Council land
- Community Safety education campaigns, complaint response and enforcement action

- The ability to place a Storage Container on Council land

- Community Safety education campaigns, complaint response and enforcement action

The application fee covers:
- The initial assessment of the application and relevant site inspections to ensure compliance with the Neighbourhood Amenity Local Law 2020 and Streets & Roadside Trading Policy
- The ability to place signage on Council land; and
- Community Safety education campaigns, complaint response and enforcement action

Community event advertising board application fee - $100.00
A community event advertising board application fee covers:
- The initial assessment of the application and relevant site inspections to ensure compliance with the Neighbourhood Local Law 2020 and Streets & Roadside Trading Policy
- The ability to place signage on Council land
- Community Safety education campaigns, complaint response and enforcement action

Fireworks display permit application fee - $205.00
This application must be applied for by the pyrotechnician conducting the display.
The application fee covers:
- The initial assessment of the application and relevant site inspections to ensure compliance with the Neighbourhood Amenity Local Law 2020
- Communication with properties holding Livestock who could be impacted by display
- The ability to display Fireworks in the municipality
- Community Safety education campaigns, complaint response and enforcement action
