Following consideration of the planning merits of the proposal, Council refused to issue a planning permit for a Child Care Centre on 8th July 2024. Council has been notified that an appeal of this decision has been lodged with VCAT. Anyone who lodged a submission objecting to, or in support of, the proposal will be notified of this appeal directly by VCAT, and invited to join as a party to the appeal.
