The work will be carried out in two stages:

Stage 1 works will include:

• Early Works by Council – Tree Removal to improve the visibility and usability of the park
• Upgrade of the toilet block, including DDA compliant ramp access from the car park, to ensure accessibility for all
• A new accessible concrete path connection from park entrances
• A brand new Picnic area with a picnic shelter, BBQ, and a relocated drinking fountain
• Informal gardens with reclaimed logs, rock boulders and new shrubs and groundcover

Construction is expected to begin in February 2025, with completion expected towards the end of June 2025, depending on weather conditions.
