Please note: this request does not include building permits and documentation, only planning permits and endorsed plans

A non refundable research fee of $173.00 applies.

This fee includes copies of up to two planning permits and endorsed plans for a single property (e.g. House permit YR2015/000 and shed permit YR2006/111).  

There is a $60.50 fee for each additional permit.

To request plans you'll need to:

• Enter the property address
• Enter the permit details you're requesting (ie house, extension, liquor licence etc)
• Enter application/reference number eg YR2014/11 (if known)
• Pay the non refundable search fee
