Who is eligible?

• Pension concession card holders (issued by Centrelink or Department of Veterans Affairs)
• DVA gold card- totally or permanently incapacitated
• DVA gold card - war widow

Is there any other criteria?

• Your eligible card must be valid at the time of application
• You must be  the person responsible for the payment of the account
• Your name must be on the account
• Your name and address on the account must match the concession card
• If you move to a new property you will need to reapply

How many properties can I claim a concession for?

You can only claim a concession for one property, which must be your principal place of residence. For the purpose of this concession the address on your concession card will be considered as your principal place of residence.

Animal registrations and the Pension Rebate

We offer a discounted annual pet registration fee to those customers with an eligible pension card. Let us know if you have a registered animal on the online form, to have the deduction applied.

Complete a form in-person

If you are in need of assistance in completing this application you can visit any of our community link locations. On the day, one of our staff members will help you fill out our online application form.

Otherwise you can complete an application by returning a completed form to any Community Link location. If you are in need of a hard copy form you can give us a call on 1300 368 333 to have a form posted to you or visit the Dept of Families, Fairness and Housing to download an application form.

Please ensure you bring your concession card on the day in order to complete an application.
