To complete a payment plan application you will need your property assessment number provided on your rates notice. You will also need a valid email address.

Step 2.Apply online

Complete an arrangement to pay application

Step 3.Await our response

We will review your application and contact you within 14 business days of receiving your application.

Step 1.Print the Payment Plan form

Download and print the Rate Payment Plan form.(PDF, 104KB)

Step 2.Submit the form by mail

Complete the form and mail it to Yarra Ranges Council, PO Box 105, Lilydale 3140.

Step 3.Wait for our response 

We will review your application and contact you within 14 days of receiving it.
