If you are experiencing hardship, we may be able to assist you with your rates. Eligible ratepayers can apply to have any interest or recovery of rates withheld for 24 months. Complete an application via one of the methods listed below.
If you are not in a position of financial hardship you may still be eligible for a payment plan.

To complete a hardship application, you must be listed on the rates notice for the property, or be authorised to pay rates or discuss the property. You will also need a valid email address.
