Regional Community Recovery Committees

Four Regional Community Recovery Committees (RCRC) supported by Yarra Ranges Council were established to help contribute to the recovery priorities of their community.

The Regional Community Recovery Committees had a crucial say into the long-term recovery from Covid-19, and the June 2021 storms that impacted the Yarra Ranges.They were separated into the Hills, Urban, Valley and Upper Yarra. Each committee consisted of community volunteers, a Councillor delegate and a representative from Bendigo Community Bank.
