Bridges Connecting Communities

Bridges Connecting Communities is a not-for-profit organisation that services the senior and disability community residing in the South West Yarra Ranges and City of Knox.  Through well-trained, compassionate volunteers, Bridges offer safe and comfortable community transport to those who are transport disadvantaged.

Bridges offer a diverse range of community programs which support independent living and foster connection to those who are isolated. Programs include assisted shopping, dog walking (through their "Four Paws" Pet Companion program), group outings and regular connection through a host of other programs, as well as offering transport to crucial medical and allied health care services.
