Mount Evelyn Township Group, incorporated as Mt Evelyn Township Improvement Committee Inc - Township Group Support |
The Township Groups which make up the YRTGN are volunteer organisations. Members have an ongoing burden of financial commitments to provide an infrastructure for the communities they serve and know that groups needing to raise funds for administrative and project costs imposes additional strain on volunteers and barriers to community activation. The YRTGN has demonstrated that delivery of a responsive community-led small grants program can make a difference between a group's demise, survival, and encouragement to grow. The network values the program and the working group that oversees the existing program. |
