The Good Life Farm

The Good Life Farm is located in Chum Creek and provides Life & Social Skills programs for young people between the ages of 7 and 17.

Based on animal assisted learning, The Good Life Farm offers young people an opportunity to interact with nature by providing access to an array of animals, living organisms and natural environments.

The program has been successful in reducing a number of challenges such as anxiety, extreme oppositional behavior, school refusal, over sexualization, bullying and aggressive behavior whilst focusing on interaction and communication, relationship building and ultimately forming the skills required to participate actively and positively within our community.

Our team of youth workers are from diverse backgrounds, holding various qualifications inclusive of psychology, counselling, social work, mental health nursing, community services and residential care youth work – the program is therapeutic and intensive.
