About

Friends of Belgrave Lake Park have been working since 2013 to remove weeds from the bushland reserve of Belgrave Lake Park and replace them with appropriate indigenous plants. We aim to preserve, protect and enhance the habitat of the platypuses known to populate Monbulk Creek.

Working Bees and Activities

Regular Tuesday working bees involving plantings, pruning and weed removal.

Monthly weekend working bees will be trialled in Summer/Autumm 2025. Contact us if you'd like to get involved.
