The Dandenong Ranges Orchestra is a community- based orchestra that has been bringing classical music to the hills area of Yarra Ranges for almost forty years. DRO's membership is drawn from local (and wider) professional and amateur musicians of all ages and abilities who enjoy playing the classical repertoire together under the baton of a professional musical director.
Rehearsals are held on a weekly basis at the Community Music Hub located within the grounds of Upwey High School and are fun, challenging and fulfilling.
