Step 1.Review our permit conditions

Your community advertising sign must be used to promote a community organisation or event and must comply with the below conditions:

  • Only one Community Advertising Sign per permit is allowed.
  • This must be drafted and printed in a professional manner to the satisfaction of Council.
  • Sign dimensions are limited to 1.8m in height and 1.4m in width.

Step 2.Prepare your documents

Ensure you have a current Public Liability Insurance Policy for at least $10 million.

Have a photo of the location ready to upload (optional).

Have a photo and the details of the sign ready to upload.

Step 3.Complete the online application
